You sure do have a persecution complex.    Why should a person who gets no government monies have an interest in propping up those who do?   I happen to not be in favor of the current exploration of Mars.   I would rather have seen that money spent on new vehicles that could go into orbit and the establishment of a Moon base.  What you fail to understand is that simple common sense is that against which you are battling.

No Lijdrek I have a fire burning in my belly. I want to see these photos shown in detail to the public. You do not, because you fear disclosure. How much information you know, I cannot tell. The fear is obvious. I have already shown that when someone challenges me, and I accept and set up the test, they almost always run away with their tails tucked between their legs. There was only one time when anyone ever took me up on it, where I showed the flattened balloons from Opportunity, with several people releasing asinine explanations proving that they did not research the photos. The results were hilarious.

Sorry... but I don't see how you can shame me into agreeing with you.   I haven't seen anything you've ever pointed out as anything but a rock, sand, or maybe a diagenic or joint-filling crust (which wold be a sign of water in the environment in the past).

Well I know better than this. In fact the more well educated the person, the more objects they have seen, if they have looked. The latest photo that I am studying, Spirit sol 519 contains an incredible number of objects, and will take a long time to study. By putting it on Second Life I have a much better perspective on the photos.  The optics in 3-D are much different than the standard zoom.
I guess it just falls to people like me to disclose this type of thing. The government cannot threaten to take grants that I don't have. Unfortunately they have plenty of voluntary spokespeople like you out there who maintain the official line, and one of the reasons is that they fear losing government funding. We will break this open. It is only lack of money that prevents me from putting this on TV. If I had money, the door would be open by now.

    Rich,

I know that many mock you or find you funny. I donot. I have seen your work and I know that you check, double check and triple check something before you place it on the board. Do not let those who mock you ever deter you from what you believe.
